I'm having the same issue. Premium membership, no email. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

Should be fixed for you now.
As i've said before, we don't keep a record of passwords, i've synchronised your chess.com log in password and your email password so they are now the same.
When you log into your emails, if asked for a password please enter the same password for emails that you would use to log into chess.com.
If you're still having problems, please let me know.

If you go onto Edit My Profile on your own homepage, you can create an @chess.com email address from there.
I just signed up as a premium member but when I click on my email messages it takes me to a AT@Email page and says my user name or password is wrong and I cant figure out how to get into my email. any tips?
