hi, i cant enter play live chess link, when i click to the big icon PLAY LIVE CHESS it opens a window but is all white, doesnt load  please help me!

Recently I tried to join a tournament. I get this message saying I've been restricted because I did not follow the fair play policy. That is completely bogus. I've never disconnected from a game, or have I intentionally stalled a game. In fact I have know idea what the hell you'r talking about. One time I disconnected when the power went out. Is that my fault? I pay hard earned money to chess.com to be a diamond member. I don't think I should be treated like this. Something is wrong on you'r end. Every time I start a live game, most of the game is aborted by my opponent, or the sever. That is not my fault. I need someone in chess.com staff to do something about this ASAP.

Does anybody have any idea why Google Chrome keeps freezing, and saying Page unresponsive?

heya conflag planet, when was the last time you reloaded chrome ? i reloaded it a week ago and alot less issues..

Slows when updating (Chrome) but this should only take a few minutes. What version do you have CP? (Click on ''about'' in tools-menu)

Ie: I have: 21.0.1180.89 m

I did, and it's up to date.

How do you do this?
