SLOW Support Response Time

I placed a support request on Wednesday to restore a game that was resigned by the system. An automated email told me the support team would respond within 24 hours.  It's now over 48 hours since i placed the request, and still no response. Not even a quick note to say, "hey we're working on it"

Chess.com Support, why do you advertize a 24 hour response time if you don't actually respond within 24 hours?  And if you're seeing this message, please respond to Ticket #: 267708.
