The matter of the offer is like that you do all the moves of a puzzle right and at the end you see message " incorrect" and minus of your rating.

Chess.com's puzzles have a lot of bugs but this one is brilliant. It is really BRILLIANT BUG. My congratulation to the person who invest his talent to create this beautyful glitch.

At the time i have met this buity only for five time. You need to do a lot of work to have a chance come across this masterpieces

But if cheess.com has anyone in their team who want fix this problem i write numbers of puzzles where i met it.

I've done a lot of puzzles over the past and haven't seen any issues like that.

How are you accessing the site?

Are you refreshing the page at any point on the puzzle? Clicking hint?

It is brand new bug. Chess.com has recently made some changes in puzzles and users got new bugs.

Answers to your questions are... I use app. In app one can not refresh page. I never use hint till first mistake.

I solved this puzzle right for sure because i had two attempts and second time i just remmebered moves by heart.

There is essence of this problem if you make mistake in a puzzle during first try then all of your next attempts are going count as " incorrect" nevertheless what moves you do.
it do not happens always but happens

1. not only me is having the same problems with puzzles

One more time. Another puzzle was solved correctly but i got -14 points instead +5 point.

Once again I resolved puzzle absolutely correctly but got minus - 13 point. Problems are lasting for years but nobody care. That is usual way at this websight
