Solving lesson challenges doesn't change my Lessons rating

I solved all beginner challenges and half of the intermediate challenges in the lessons section, but my rating is stuck at 1000 and it shows no progress whatsoever. What actually changes one's rating there?

The old Chess Mentor lessons.

I have the same problem with my Lessons rating not changing.  Where do I find the old Chess Mentor lessons?  Or alternatively, how do I simply get rid of the useless Lessons rating statistic if it's not tied into the new lesson sets?  Thanks for any help with this!

Old lessons were known as Chess Mentor. There is a trove of old lessons at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for the help.  I did figure out in the settings how to reset the lessons rating.  Are these old lessons worth going through or should I just start out with the new ones?  Been plateaued at around 1600 for over 10 years and am hoping to improve a bit with the help of this site.  Thanks again and let me know if I can add you to my very short friend's list.

The old lessons are very excellent. They are written by people like Jeremy Silman. Chess Mentor content is written by chess professionals and chess teachers such as IM Jeremy Silman, IM John Grefe, IM Eric Tangborn, IM Marc Leski, FM Thomas Wolski, FM Mike Arne, and FM Craig Mar.

There are thousands of them. The Chess Mentor program was written in the 90's and was the main product offered on chess.com for years before current management bought the assets, including the chess.com url, out of bankruptcy in 2005.

It appears that someone is still selling the Chess Mentor lessons.
