some bug

I was playing fine, but something went wrong and when I pressed new game button no new game appeared on the browser screen. I pressed the new game button again several times; a dialog box appeared to me stating that I am blocked due to not following fair play policy and also my rating was down by about 100 point.

I think there was some bug or software malfunction whether in my browser or in the server itself.

I am using google chrome.

now I am blocked and can not play. also lost a lot of rating points!

please check the log files and support. I am sure log files would make the issue clear.
