Some Bugs Of Chess.com

Some days ago,I was randomly playing chess.At one point,I had 40 seconds and my opponent had just 20 seconds. Since there was no extra time, so my opponent time was getting lower. At one point my opponent's time get 0 but the game was stuck.My opponent's clock stucked at seconds.I thought that I win but there was no timeout sound and winning sound.I thought it was my net problem.So, I clicked on my opponent's profile but the profile loaded in just 4 seconds.My opponent's clock was still stucked and when I try to back the game says to me "Do You Want To Resgin?" and the option was "Yes" and "No". I clicked on no but still there was no winning or timeouts sound.After waiting for more than 3 minutes, I was forced to restart chess.com on my phone.After i restart, I saw that the game is telling me that i lost in that game. When I clicked on that game, my opponent clock still had 20 seconds and I got timeout.But the think was when I was in that game my opponent got timeout.But now the game is saying that I lost because of timeout.I don't know what was that because my net was okay. Please chess.com tell me what was that and was that any bug or something else. If that was a bug please solve that because after losing that game I got -12.
