Look at the monthly statistics from the June 2019 monthly report:
They are closing tens of thousands of accounts for abuse.
I don't know anything about your particular problems but I would send an email to support@chess.com if you believe your previous posts were not validated. How recently did you make them? They have to be individually reviewed.
If particular members are bothering you, you can block them.
Hi, it happens the same to me, a admin from the website is abusing of his admin role and doesn't let me play chess against other people, i always face the same player even in other accounts, the name is different but he plays always the same, i made videos in which i tilt him and he ends Up playing f3 always, he always does It, i have even more proofs, here i have the videos:
