I was starting a new game against someone I play a lot. As white, I was going to open with 1. c4 . I clicked my c-pawn and it turned into a black pawn! Black's g-pawn was suddenly gone also. I tried to move the pawn to c4... it moved?! and remained black and the scoresheet said I was a pawn down. I asked my friend if his board was behaving strangley, but no reply. Pretty weird stuff, huh?
I guess it would be an interesting game if black moved first, white gave c-pawn odds, and the first move black was able to move his g-pawn to c4, but i just quit the game without trying to play any further.
