@whatupdotcom- do you have any extensions or plugins on your browser? Are you using Chrome? Is this on Mac or Windows? Is this only happeningin live chess? Thanks for the information!

same problem no sound when pieces move
Hi!
Since a while I can't hear the sound effects during the game playing and I'm wondering if it's a new thing on chess.com, or is something about my setup.... My audio device functions normally otherwise - I can play and hear the sound from any media or on any other web page just fine.
My settings here on chess.com are also set to 'enable sounds'......so i'm pretty puzzled and I would really like to have the sound back. Can anyone help, please.
