A common problem with this symptom actually involves the entire computer speaker system being turned off, or muted. On most computers, there is a setting somewhere (depending on the OS) that will control the speakers. A solution to a problem similar to this would be to navigate to "speaker settings" or "sounds" on your computer, and move the volume slider louder.

In the beginning I had a sound when the opponent moved. Now there is nothing. I tried turning on the sound via the settings. It did not work. I would appreciate any suggestions.
