Spacing Issues in Posts

The last three times I have created forum posts with multiple rows and columns of text when I have posted them there has been no space between the rows or the columns.  Now such posts have always originally come out without the desired proper spacing for me but until these last three times I have always been able to edit the spacing in these posts. 

All I had to do was place the cursor directly before the first character of the first row I wanted to space, hit enter and then hit backspace and then when submitting the edit the issue was corrected.  These last three times my editing method has not fixed the spacing. 

Is this a bug or a change in the formatting of posts on the site?

There were some changes made around spacing.

Do you know how I can fix my spacing issues or could you direct me to information and/or a link that could be helpful?

I haven't fully tested. Someone mentioned that pasting as plain text from a different source would work, but if you use any of the editor formatting tools afterwards, the spacing issue would crop up.
You might submit a feedback ticket under Help > Make a Suggestion about it.
