yes I agree, but sometimes, players qualified to second round must all wait one game to end, whose result will not change the qualifiers !!!

Hello,
In some situations in a tournament it is possible that it's obvious who is advancing to the next round regardless the results of remaining mathces in the group. I wonder why this case is not taken in consideration and we have to wait all games to end to move to next round.
