stable mistake!

Cant find where to write to Chess.com. Stable mistake! When you opponent is disconnected and when the countdown timer is 0 - often system just do nothing.
Some times this timer is recycle and i must wait 3 min again and then again. And when i trying to reboot prog - often i loose because of my disconnect and often is timer recycled.
And so seldom it works right. Now i have mat in one and opponent decided to logof. but I loose because of this mistake!
