Can you please send your message to play a starter game exactly as it's worded, bob936?  Also, are you getting this message on your homepage, in your email, or where?

It reads: You have been a member now for more than 2 weeks and still have not played your starter game. It's in red letters, highlighted in yellow, at the top of the page when I click on correspondence chess. I've recieved it about 5 times now.

Unless you challenged me to the first game we played, that was your starter game.  Take a look at that page and see if there are any open games that say it's your move or any challenges.  If not, I suggest sending a note to the support people and asking that this be removed.  Send this post of mine with it.

Reply informed me already played greeter game and I shouldm't be receiving message want me to take picture of it and send it to them. I have absolutely no idea how to do that, and figure somewhere down the road they'll stop sending it .

Press "alt" and "print screen" at the same time.  That puts a picture of the open window on your clipboard.  If you don't press alt and press just print screen, you get a picture of everything currently on your computer monitor including the taskbar.  Paste that into an email.

Print screen is *probably* on the top right of the top line of your keyboard if you have a laptop or the numeric keypad with a larger keyboard; it will also probably be abbreviated one way or another.

If you have absolutely no idea how to do something, ask!  I've found a friendly and helpful bunch here on this site.  Most of my points come from questions I asked when I first joined and discussions such as this one with those who answered. :)
