starting a game issue

It’s been going on for a couple of days already, with the inability to start a game as if nobody is online. When i click play, the search would go on for quite a while. Any help if possible?

App or website? Are you choosing a quick select time control or using something custom?
App. No custom controls. Any time have the same result which is can’t play.

Which app and app version? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
