steal my money

I got the free 10-day-trial diamond membership as a new member, but  by the time it expired I was automatically taken 99 dollars from my account!!! They stole my money with no perimission for a one-year diamond membership. How can I take my money back from these thiefs?

That's the attitude!  I'm sure calling them thieves will help your case immensely.  Calm down, fill out a ticket with Billing and the charges will be taken care of.

.....and try reading the terms and conditions before you give someone your credit card number.

These THEIVES stole my money too. I didn't purchase a subscription but someone showed up on my bank statement. I had it refunded and then chess.com contacted my bank and had my refund REVERSED. I have emailed them over a dozen times with no response

Check your email and verify that nothing was caught by your spam filters. If there was an issue, staff will handle it as needed

I find this "thief" talk to be quite puerile and insolent.  I am no one in the chess world and a nobody on this website, but support has always treated me with the greatest of courtesy, kindness, and respect.  Rather than resorting to inflammatory remarks and ad hominem attacks, why not email support and calmly ask for help?

I have checked every inch of my spam and promotions in my email as well as the nearly 40 messages I've sent on the app itself in the get help/contact us section.. it's been over a month and definitely seems to be deliberate at this point. Are you affiliated with chess.com?

I'm a volunteer moderator and asked about your account. My understanding is that billing staff have your ticket and will likely reach out to clarify.

Impossible.

That could only happen if you were child-ish enough to give them your credit card number.

You are blocked as being to re-tarded to play me...ever

Hello I am a new user but already addicted I am currently unemployed however I would really like the diamond 💎 membership. I should be back at work in a month is there anyway to have an extended trial period with the expectation that I will pay the subscription fee with my first salary? 🙃

chess.com says if we cancel our free trial before it ends no money is charged from our account
