Stuck on Loading

Chrome, also tried Firefox and IE. Also, it appears that the comment box is also stuck on loading. I have to preview it so the box appears. Must have the same root.
Try it without Java.
Didn't work.
Broadband. Keep in mind that it had worked just fine for months.
Try going here; http://www.chess.com/groups/view/moderators I don't know who's on-line now. I had the same problem a yr ago. Jacklyn helped me.

This sounds like a conflict between multiple anti-virus packages. If you have more than one running they will fight. Try exiting one of them and try live cess again to see if this resolves your problem.
I only have one antivirus :(

I wasn't able to replicate this issue on my end, so it appears to be something going on with your browser. We don't use Java or Flash in Live Chess so that shouldn't be an issue.
You've run through all the steps I would have advised it appears, so I'm going to get in touch with the developers to see if they have any ideas as to what could be preventing you from loading a game.
Stock on the white and black spinning square after clicking on play.
Clearing cache? Done.
Reinstalling browser? Yes.
Trying other browsers? Same thing.
Disabling extensions? Mhm.
Reinstalling Java and Flash? Yuuuup.
Sending in a support ticket? They didn't even reply.
Any other alternatives?
