stuck on “searching” when trying to get into a game

Wondering if anyone else has came across this. I was playing my last game and a few moves in the game was aborted. I didn’t think that was an option after the first move from both opponents. Now, with good internet connection, I just stay on “searching” when trying to get in any game. With full chess service bars. Is this a hack that someone might have done?

Sometimes there is a weird DNS caching issue that arises in Chrome.
Try the following:
1. in your browser type: chrome://net-internals/#dns
2. enter "chess.com" in the input field
3. click the "Clear host cache" button
This usually resolves it for me.
