I bought yearly platinum a couple days ago (I think august 14). Did not get charged instantly but I did get the benefits. When I joined day 17 or 18 I see that I no longer have premium. Check play store, says the 65€ sub has been refunded (even I didnt ask for it). Check bank account, 65€ charge I haven't gotten back. What just happened?
It sounds like Google has processed a refund but your bank hasn't received it yet.
I would write to support@chess.com and ask them to help you straighten things out.
