I am writing to formally report the user for engaging in highly inappropriate and toxic behavior during our interactions on the platform. Specifically, this user made a highly offensive remark directed at my mother, calling her "sloppy," which I find deeply disrespectful and unacceptable.
Additionally, sent me a personal message labeling me as "trash," further escalating the situation. Such behavior not only violates the community guidelines of Chess.com but also creates a hostile and discouraging environment for players who are here to enjoy the game in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
I strongly believe that this kind of toxic behavior should not be tolerated, as it undermines the integrity of the Chess.com community. I kindly request that you review this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against "[removed]," including a potential ban if deemed necessary.
