I’m a platinum member who has recently renewed and I’m being told I’ve run out of lessons and it won’t let me do anymore ? Any ideas ?

Yes, you signed up prior to the 9/1/22 price increases for new members. You were allowed to keep your old plan and pricing.
Old Platinum did not have unlimited lessons.
You can of course upgrade to the new pricing plans.

The new Platinum has unlimited lessons and costs $80 per year.
