I just bought a membership, But I regretted it instally, because I didin't know it will charge me for the whole year. I just purchased it a few minutes ago, but I would like to cancel it, and request a refund respectfully. Please help me solve this, thank you very much, and apologies for the inconveniences.

When it asks what you are looking for, answer "billing" and "refund".
i bought a free 1 week subscription and end of the week automatically had been bought 1 year subscription without my permission. i want money refund please.
