Suggestions Window, how to lose it?

When I go to the LIve Chess page and select Play Now, I get this pop-up window with "Welcome to Live Chess! Need help with blah-blah, go to this tutorial", and so forth.
How do I get this window or box or whatever to not come up every time I go to Play Now in Live Chess?
Many thanks for help! It is very annoying.
