Summer of Chess Twitch Promotion

Hi, I was hoping to get some help redeeming the Summer of Chess Twitch Promotion, wherein you watch 2 hours of chess content on Twitch and are able to claim a free premium trial on your chess.com account.

My chess.com account is linked to my Twitch account, and I watched the 2 hours of Chess to be able to claim the twitch drop. I claimed it, but have not received any email with a code or instructions on how to redeem the premium? My chess.com and twitch accounts both use the same email, and I made sure that the twitch drop has already been claimed. This was a few days ago, and I still have not received any email.

If anyone can help or has any idea on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you check your spam/junk folders?

Did you check the email account attached to your chess.com account and check junk/spam folders?

To redeem the Summer of Chess twitch drop, go to the email that is linked with your chess.com account. There should be an email sent to you with a big white button to redeem your reward.

How long does it take for the email to send?

I never received any mail, nor in the inbox and in the spam folder. How can I ask to send it again?
