no, with only two members and no super admin (none known of) it was disabled.
Our group Karpov fans has no super admin. Â I am an admin and would like to serve as super admin.

In order for me to add a premium member as Super Admin to a group that currently doesn't have any super admin at all, I need to know the username of the last super admin please. It will have been someone who closed their account or had it closed for them.

The current super admin logged in yesterday and does have the 'Manage Members' tools to upgrade a premium member to super admin himself.
Those i upgrade are where the previous super admin is no longer existent in a group
Do he have the manage member tool? I think being a non premium member he is not able to do that. that is why i made this request!

As a basic member yes he has the tools to add a premium member to super admin.

If a group has no super admin, unless you know who it was i can't do anything.
