I submitted a refund request for a yearly subscription that I didn't want to go ahead with. Support are taking a bit to respond, and my fear is that they wont grant the refund by the time they get around to my ticket. I'm actively not using the app during this time. Can anyone share their experiences of the same?

You don't have to worry about not getting the refund. Due to the holidays and higher ticket loads it may take longer than normal to get a response.
Be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well.
