Hello everyone! I contacted chess.com support on 1st of January about refunding my yearly diamond premium that I was charged after the free premium month that was given during December had expired. I got a reply on 5th of January and I replied to it, but I haven't gotten a reply since then. I sent 2 replies hoping that they would answer me, but nothing happened. Does anyone know how long does it take for them to reply me again?
A lot of people had the exact same thing happen to them so chess.com has a huge amount of tickets. The first response is quick then they take weeks to reply again. Personally im on day 18 with no response. However, they have a good reputation for answering every ticket eventually so just give them time and im sure they’ll reply.
