How long does it usually take for support to answer? I reported a bug 2 days ago and still nothing.

I believe the support tool suggests 1-3 days but it can be longer depending on the overall ticket load.

The support tool should give an estimate but it should normally be within a couple of days. Over the weekend it may a be a little longer.

There are many outcomes: from 2 days to infinity
