Resolved: system error

I just bought a subscription, and was very excited to train, but I am getting a message that reads: 

An error occurred during AJAX Response parsing.

The error response will appear in a new popup.

I keeps on bringing me back to the site where you specify your current chess level (novice, begginer, ect.). I cannot progress through the chess mentor feature that i purchased the subscription for!

Please help me out here, people...

1) Could you make sure you have the latest versions of Java and Flash installed?

2) Could you clear your browser's cookies and temp files and try again?

3) If both don't work, could you try the latest versions of chrome or firefox?

I've read about several people getting these. After using the site for a year, I got my first occurence of this one last week using tactics trainer. Using Firefox 11.0, Win 7.  It only happened the one time though.
