Tactics Trainer pieces loading

It would be nice if the script could check if ALL the pieces are properly loaded before counting down the time! I failed half a dozen puzzles because a critical piece appeared 1 second before the time out... It happens everyday because of slowlessness on the serverside (definitely not coming from me) 

The tactic trainer being what made me purchase a gold membership, that would nice if it worked correctly...

I don't think it's defficult to PRELOAD the images THEN start the timer......

I'm not sure it's slowness on the serverside.

I never have problems with piece loading times, and I assume we're on the same server. (I don't know how many chess.com has!)

Ok, I have to do this now, it's too frustrating!

1- Pieces loading time. Today is not as dramatic as the other days, but I still lose 5 to 10 second waiting for some pieces to appear.

2- Loss of points although problem is solved in the time given (yellow color bar)
That's a rubbish system. It's like giving a negative score to a student who didn't solve a problem faster than the others although he solved it in the time given.

3- Slow loading of everything! Everyday... It's ruining everything! (not only my rating, but my experience of this paying feature!)
For those saying it doesn't come from chess.com, then how do you explain every other websites load as fast as they possibly can? I tried 3 up-to-date browsers (IE, FF, CHROME) without any other internet activity (just the browser + chess.com), clean cache...etc.
My computer performs well as does my internet connection.

4- I pay 30 euros a year for that system. Why not allow 10 more puzzles a day?
At least to give me a chance to get back the points I lost with the slow loading time and other bugs?

hey. sux bro. don't feel too upset about your rating going down after a session on the trainer. there is a lot of variance (although that's gone down recently) and losing any amount of points doesn't necessarily mean you've regressed. take it easy and study those problems which you've failed instead of concentrating on your rating.

i don't know what to say about the technical difficulties you are experiencing. there may be any number of reasons for which they are happening.

I know. I was just a little frustrated. It wasn't happening at the very beginning anyway. 

Im  experiencing missing pieces on the trainer as well, lost few problems to that.

You cant really solve a problem when there is no king on one side. Perhaps pieces are not missing but loaded very slowly --  but I was never patient enough to see a piece appear when time bar turns yellow. If piece is missing when time starts ticking, I call it "missing pieces" case.

Is this a technical problem on my client side? My web connection is quite fast, Im using Safari 4 browser, as recommended. Any idea?
