The Android interface uses the v3 infrastructure. Not sure why v2 is giving the wrong rating ranges but since v3 is working towards release, I'm not sure anything will be fixed on it.
I haven't been a basic member for a while and wasn't aware of #2.
You might switch over to v3 instead. Not sure if #2 is there but the tactics choices should be in your rating range.
I mentioned V2, but the problem persists in V3 as well.
In V3 - it is clear that I am considered "UNRATED" in tactics as it states that in BOLD. Also it is giving me the lowest rated problems in the deck.
Again - the "stats" section of my profile says I am 1762 and the Android App gives me correctly rated problems.

I guess I'm confused. The Android app uses v3 and should be the same as the v3 site. Unless you are on the Classic Chess.com app, which I think uses v2. In looking at your profile on v3, I see that you are certainly not unrated.
yes, it is confusing - that's why i reported it as a problem.
The web interface to Tactics trainer treats me like I am unrated and even says "UNRATED" in V3. In V2, it shows my 1700 rating and adds 1 to it when I solve a problem. The ELO calculation appears to use my 1700 rating.
The web interfaces to stats (profile and stats pages) show me as 1700+
Playing on my Android phone shows and plays as if I am 1700+.

I dont know why (and cannot even speculate with an extensive knowledge of these types of things) the phone interface lagged behind the site in this behavior, but either interface (mobile or web) now also is fubar.
It gives me almost all children's puzzles now.... but occasionally it will throw me a 3000 rated puzzle (as seen below in my history). It used to give me puzzles appropriate to my puzzle rating.

I've experienced the following 2 changes with tactics trainer recently - was wondering if others have?
1) When I now play TT via the v2 interface, it gives me problems rated in the 1100s. I am rated 1750 or so - this is very odd. If I play via the Android interface, I get problems suitable for my rating.
2) As of 2/13, I no longer get an option to watch a video to unlock 5 more puzzles. (I'm a cheapskate free member at the moment). This option was available once every 24 hours.
