Team match quota

If a team match is set for a minimum of 5 people, but the quota can't be filled, can it still start with only 3 players per side? Thank you.

I'm pretty sure not, because it then wouldn't make sense to have a minimum at all, but I am not the CC expert.  I did notice that I could press the lock button for my team before our minimum was reached, but I don't know when error messages would start popping up.

And btw, I look at your wonderful poem in your Valentine's Day gift to me every now and then.  You must have put a lot of thought into it!  Thank you again.

No lovely if you create a match for 5 minimum players you need 5 or more to lock it the system won't let you lock with less than the min. set
