Help! I just had a game time out on me that I was winning. I had just taken his queen a few moves ago and suddenly the game freezes up on me and I can’t move and I eventually time out due to abandonment and my Internet connection was completely fine and I tried technical support but the botwas all I could get and was unhelpful. Is there anyone I can email about this and have my rating restored otherwise I will terminate my gold membership.

There are something like 175 million members of Chess.com. There are only a few dozen support staff. They do the best they can to answer inquiries but sometimes, too many people want answers at the same time.

In the meantime, they put in the bots to try and offer support answers for typical questions.

One of the answers is:

Many people complain about losing because they lost their connections. They have developed extensive answers showing that the connections between Chess.com and you are highly complex and depend on many things out of Chess.com's control. I encourage you to read it.

I see that you have lost 446 games because of abandonment. That could be very upsetting until you consider that you have won 750 games because of your opponent's abandonment. And you have played almost 20,000 games, so abandonment was only an issue in a small percentage of your games.

Chess.com is investing a lot of money to try to improve the situation.

That link I posted explains all that.

/ If you want to get to support, you have to click on the "Contact Support" links when you click on the Support links on the bottom of the page or on the left menu. They ask you to state what it is you need help with. You have to provide the bots with something to search. You can't just say "Need help."

If you don't like the answer, you get a chance to try "Contact Support" again. They will answer your question. It may take them at least two days to get back to you but they will answer.
