I was playing a game vs. a strong Bot. I finally won against that Bot after many tries. During that game there were some Internet problems and the internet disconnected... The chess.com android app didn't work anymore, i couldn't open Game Review, i couldn't even save the game so i lost that game forever since it could not be saved... This should never happen chess.com!!... You really need to fix/improve atleast THIS!! It's a no go!! Atleast games that were already running before the internet disconnection MUST be able to be saved even offline!! This is a MUST chess.com!!

If you clicked Save after the game , it would have been saved. Also, if you run a Game Review, the game will be saved..

The app was offline. I couldn't run/open Game Review. And whenever i clicked "save game" there was a notification "cannot be saved. Service currently unavailable". They need to find a solution for this tech problem so games that were already started before disconnection can somehow still be saved even offline.

The only way something like that would work is if the bot game information was saved locally and then saved to the site when reconnected. Not sure that's something on the roadmap.

@Martin_Stahl luckily in this case i have recorded that game with screen recorder/game recorder app. Is there a way i could send that video to chess.com for verification and chess.com could still recreate and save that game to my games archive? I am currently on vacation in another country so i have no access to the desktop version of chess.com (only android app, that's why i cannot upload even screenshots here and i don't have my password here to login to browser version) so i will have to wait till I'm back from vacation. But then i could send the video to chess.com.
