great questions!
1. you need to use the GAME EDITOR (this button => 
) - you can then paste your PGN into the editor
2. you annotate in the GAME EDITOR :)
3. not sure what you mean...

On question 3, maybe you mean how to directly input a pgn file into the game editor? Well, unfortunately this is not possible. But you can open the pgn file with the basic Notepad program and then copy/paste the text into the game editor.
Good morning everybody...'m sorry but my english is not perfect...
So I have a few questions...
1) I can't put any games in my blog with a pgn file...can't paste it
2) How do we annotate a game before submit it?
3) I save a pgn file how do i do to use it?
