Recently I did the 7 day trial for a diamond membership and it has expired. I plan to pay, but this will be in the future. 

I have not EVER had a problem updating my about me section, now I am told “THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”. 

I would sincerely like to have my account reinstated as it has always been. If this does not happen World War III may happen, or not. 

I am already a systems skeptic and definitely have a problem with corrupt individuals in the corporate world. Please do not let this wonderful website become something it is currently not. 

Looking forward to the most efficient clear path to my wants (victory) here.

I am guessing this is not the best way to get results of an issue. How can I make sure cc reads this, or gets my complaint? 

I am oficially disenchanted with the “help & support” area. Why is it here if we cannot get any help or support? 

This issue has happened in the past, like 2 years ago.  After presenting the issue to technical support they agreed that there was a software issue, most likely due to an API update that wasn't addressed by their developer, and they fixed it fairly quickly.  Just bring it to their attention providing clear detail & perhaps suggest that it's an API issue or if you're on PC, it's still a software issue.

Thanks chief. As it turns out, EYE WUZ THE PROBLEM. I was typing the ES wurd in my profile and apparently this site restricts the use of cuss words. 

I played a game and the game had a bug/error. I dont know if he is  a "Hacker" but ,please take a  look at my last game that i played and at the end of the game there is a bug(its a short game).

No it's a child not understanding what happened on his game. You got help as much as they can from ppl on this thread and from the staff after you yourself was faulty and look at how you answer to a child. You're a real jerk.

then it's a pawn move called "en passant". If your opponent moves the pawn by 2 tiles, and the pawn jumps over the tile attacked by your pawn, then you can respond by capturing this pawn.

This move is quite logical, which can help to learn and remember it. Think about it like this: if the pawn was to move by 1 square, you could simply capture it, right?

Now, if the pawn moves by 2 squares and "flies over" the square, that you are attacking, you can like capture it mid-air, capturing him in the same way, as when then pawn was to move by a single square.

One could say that you are interrupting the pawn's move.

However, it have to be done immediately after the pawn's double move - if you wait a turn or more, you won't be able to respond with "en passant" to this given move anymore

(but of course any next pawn moving by 2 squares can be captured "en passant" too, unless your own pawn is "pinned" (being pinned means that by moving the piece, you would put your King in a check, which is forbidden)).

Even if you think you know these, it's good to make sure, that there isn't anything else than you missed. Sometimes people learn how to play without knowing all the rules or with some slight changes to them, so it's always good to ascertain what you know, to avoid being confused or discouraged later.
