this is the italian game but its showing up as the bishops opening. I think its mixing openings up. this is happening for a lot of openings and I don't know how to fix it

The site has a defined opening book. It will show what in that book and isn't something you can fix.
that sucks, is it just an issue with chess.com or an issue on my end?

Anyone looking at the same opening moves will get the same line defined.
on my friends account it shows the normal opening though

That's a different line than what you posted initially. Move order is different.
here it is on my end. same line and everything, it shows up as bishops opening instead of the italian game

2. Bc4 Nc6 is the Bishops opening. The beta has Nf3 next as Italian game and the regular site has it as Bishop's opening still. So, the newer opening book code should be on the site at some point.
