the new puzzle update

It's not fully available to all iOS members yet but should be soon.

Your rating is 1913 and the puzzles are still being rated it just isn't showing the changes while in the new feature.

You should have a settings option at the top of the feature to go back to the regular puzzle mode.

Again I ask if you are a chess.com administrator or programmer PLEASE REVERT THE PUZZLE INTERFACE AND GAME REVIEW TO THE PRIOR VERSION. 99% OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE UNHAPPY WITH THIS NEW INTERFACE.

I'm not staff or a developer here. There are no plans to go back to the old Game Review though there will likely be continued work in the existing version based on feedback.

For the puzzle interface on iOS, there's the option of Puzzle Path or regular rated puzzles by changing the option in the settings. The newest version of the app temporarily removed the coach, so if that's what you don't like, you should update.

It’s funny because I got access to this new feature for about 2’, I did all the puzzles, ran out of puzzles for the day, so thought I would upgrade to try out the feature some more and then the update no longer was available! It’s quite kafkaesque..

The update is clearly designed for children and that’s fair enough but it feels infantile to adult players. There is no longer an option to change back in settings - or I can’t see it at least, please restore the choice!

I like the feature and I'm not anywhere close to a child. That said, there should be a settings icon on the feature to go to the regular puzzle mode.

What do you mean? The previous version of the app?

If you're on the Puzzle Path feature you can click on the settings icon to disable the feature

Thank you for weighing in, Martin. You know what, I have been there several times before but saw no setting for "go back to the old interface" but as I was writing to patiently explain to you that you are wrong, I saw an option to colelct puzzle points, so I turned it off, and lo and behold I am back to the old rating scale.

I was so close but couldn't see the darned thing in front of my nose - not the clearest wording!

Yeah, it used to say something else which I thought was a little clearer.

I want to get the puzzle path back. I updated the app yesterday now I can’t seem to retrieve it even after deleting the app, Iv also turned the settings off and on for tracking points and time nothing seem to bring it back? 
is anyone able to help?

Hate the new format which is a lame attempt to make things feel like a very outdated video game. What I hate most is I’m at about 2200 and I’m constantly getting the simplest, most basic problems which couldn’t possibly be more uninteresting. Ifmthings don’t get better soon I’m going to find another site. It’s amazing a company could screw up their product so completely

There's a new Difficulty setting (currently only changeable on the website). Changing to Hard or Extra Hard should improve that

I'm finding that on the Hard level my percentage correct is a little higher but my rating is staying within historical ranges. I'm still missing puzzles.
