The policy and rules playing at live chess

Whenever one is unable to think, speak, or rebut (and when in doubt) just use a meme. :) Unfortunately, no one can "like" your "comment."
Like I said, better luck next time :)
There you go, you prove my point nicely, MuyangChen. Keep those memes coming, they say all you could ever say. :)

This thread seems is based on fundamental misunderstandings of a) what a rating is for and b) how much it matters.

Two lines.
Seems like you're learning how to post in the forums at last. Keep up the good work.
Yes, your opponent does affect your active rating. :) If you keep playing, your opponent keeps affecting your active rating. Your actual rating, determined in different chess circles in different ways, is affected by all the opponents you play and is an estimation via those opponents.
At last? Do you not know what "at last" means, MuyangChen? I've posted more than thirty times... it would seem you're having troubles keeping track of such? Although it's nice to see that you're following me. :) Seems like something a troll would do. But what do I know.
Bye bye, MuyangChen :)

If you play 2 matches -
1 million games against a 1000
1 million games against a 2000
Will your rating for the 2 matches be different?

See? This is what bullet does to you.
It depends on which rating system one uses.
First, one does not play "one match" one million times. One plays a match of ten games or twenty games. After that match of ten or twenty games their rating is affected accordingly. You're merely attempting to argue estimation as though because the rating is estimated, each game is relative. I already opposed this argument though.
