The sidebar quick menu does not work (Fixed)

Today, I noticed that whenever I hover my cursor over the side buttons, it no longer shows a quick menu showing notifications and other links. Is this a bug, or a new (very bad) feature?

Seems to affect people who are not in beta testing.

Perhaps the UI update was meant to be released today, but something broke, and now the sidebar does not work?

You have to click the headings to expand the options

We've tried. They just take us to their respective links.

Im on android phone - web version and the sidebar is not working for me at all.

On mobile web anyway.

Same here, I've been going crazy trying to troubleshoot it. I've got a ping I cannot seem to locate (might be because of a comment I left on the daily puzzle)

Tested outside of Beta and I'm seeing the issue. Staff are aware.
