The way the subscriptions are handled on this website should be considered criminal

I requested a refund for my subscription from the terrible AI agent (WHY CANT I SPEAK TO A HUMAN??????), which told me all was good and i should expect a refund in a few days. 

I thought it would refund me, as it said it would, but it never did. Now it's after 30 days and there's nothing i can do and no one I can speak to about this charge. 

Hello any actual human working for Chess.com, can you please refund the yearly membership from my account. your AI support simply does not work.

You should have received a contact from an agent. Did you check the chat again and/or your spam/junk folders?
