That solution was for a previous issue where divisions were stuck on 30/50 members and no trophies were being awarded.
Staff are aware of the newer issue and working in it. Leaving and rejoining will likely allow you to get trophies again, but it's possible the problem will occur again until staff fix the underlying issue.

There is a problem with calculating the points. I tried more than once. The points are not calculated. I sent it to technical support and there is no response. What can I do?
