if there is a way to get him off the site for good as he is already IP banned he still makes new accounts some how and gets on chess.com most likely using a VPN

There isn't. He uses a trick where he creates and uses new chess.com accounts in private mode. With no cache in incognito, that means chess.com will just allow him to create new account (idk why but it just is). So yeah, he always comes back and you can't stop him.

But he has been stopped...

He's probably just taking a break. After creating so many outlook accounts and making so many accounts, he's definitely tired by now.

Hm I don't think so

What makes you think that?

Because he told me he won't rest until he gets me banned.

Then he probably has an account but keeping it secret.

If you're doing nothing against the site TOS there's nothing anyone can do to get you banned.

I know that but he has found ways to get my other friends banned who have done nothing enough worthy of a closure

If other accounts have been closed then there was an actual reason for the closures.

Wow lily I didn’t know anyone would do this on a chess site. This is really unfortunate to you as I have never known you to be anything but nice. I hope he quits/gets perma banned and is stopped
Avatar of David
The most likely way is that the victim of his abuse is replying with abuse themselves in the forums or in PMs. Most likely those people could appeal to chess.com support and explain the context and get unbanned.

You get these people occasionally who declare they are determined to beat the site or a person or whatever. Chess.com can’t stop them from creating new accounts because of how easily they let anyone create a new account, but they can get really good at banning them as soon as they start behaving the same way, and eventually they get tired of it and just stop. It’s a matter of not retaliating, reporting them, letting the mods do their job - which they will in a 24 hr window at most in this sort of case - and outlasting them.

The only damage is that you see the insults and have to ignore them, knowing that they will be gone in 24 hours. Nothing more can be done unless chess.com makes it harder to join, which they’re not going to do

He damages peoples minds and make them think different about me
