I suggest that you write directly to the staff using the "Help" link. It's pretty obvious that forum members don't know the answer you are seeking and you've yet to even acknowledge artfizz's assistance. The cupboard is bare here, wouldn't you say?

Yes, but as PrawnEatsPrawn has pointed out is that there is another way to contact staff directly which might bear more fruit.  It doesn't really make much sense to complain about being ignored when you haven't actually asked those that you say are ignoring you.

It seems clear that the knowlege available within the user community is limited to what's been posted here so far, so by continuing to bump the thread all you're doing now is annoying those that tried previously to help you with what little information they had.

You may not have realized you were doing it, but by posting here rather than raising a ticket through help and support, you were asking forum members, not staff.

Well, like I said staff members have been posting in other threads in this section.
