I just had my first experience with a reulsive non-member who, no doubt, should be banned from this site to uphold the integrity os Chess. com. His derogitory comments to me during my match were beyond sick and vulgar... I looked at his profile (Douchebag2013) and I am certainly not the only one who has fallen victim to his personal tirades.

Please consider removing him. Thank you.

If you want the staff to do anything I suggest you click on Help & Support at the bottom of the page and contact them directly. Yeah I know this is the "Help & Support" forum but its main purpose is for members to help each other, not to expect the staff to read more than a tiny fraction of all the threads and comments here.

PS: I couldn't find any member with the name you gave. You either misspelled it, along with derogitory, or else he's been 86'd already.
