You have been a member for 9 years, and you dont know the site TOS?

Now to explain this to you...

1. Your opponent CANT stop the clock(s)

2. Yes...when a clock is moving, it deducts time from both clocks.  Thats the idea of haivng chess clocks.

3. Its called an unstable internet connection.

4. Cheaters are banned, but they just open an ew account.   Just accusing someone isnt proof.

5. It is easy to report players.  But since you have been here 9 years, and cant even folloe the TOS, im not surprised you think  its difficult to report people.

I could waste more of my time, and provide the links you need, but...like i said, it would be a waste of my time.

thegreat_patzer

Not only that but This is a 1887 that has played nearly 2500 games

and you get unhinged cause your internet connection is obviously messing around with your clock (?)

wow

As has been mentioned, your opponent can't stop your clock or impact your connection. You either had temporary disconnects, were seeing lag adjustments, or some combination of those things.
