TIME CLOCK IS RESETTING

Can any one here explain why the clock is can be a reset by an opponent?.. i have experienced many times that my opponent is about to lose by time but it seems that my opponent controls the clock which is clear a buzz on this website. Can any body from the group explains why these things are happening?.. This is a clean "CHEATTERS DOING!!!".. and i am so disgussted!..

By the way, i always playing LIVE CHESS and one profile name i remember is greatstarr.. 

I need the answer from the body who made this website. 

It happens because every move goes via the chess.com live system to your opponent. Once your move reached the chess.com live system, your opponents clock starts counting down. However your opponent hasn't recieved your move jet. Once your opponent recieved your move, he gets his lost seconds back, otherwise it would be unfair.

i am not satisfied yet. Ok, given that the Internet Connection. But to ''RESET'' the time clock to three times and that time the game clock is set to 5' minutes is seem we played to near 15mins.. 

what can you say about it guys?.. i felt i was really cheated that time.

Your opponent is not cheating. On THEIR computer screen, it looks like YOUR time is going up, too! We just have to learn to live with it. All in all, both players will be seeing a current board with their move for 5 minutes. So the time actually remains correct.

i forgot to mention here that "Book which is my opponent".. his game clock is keep on renwing while my game clock is ticking down.. anyway, this is to be charge to experienced!.. i was just sharing my thoughts here, for improving this site. Many of us here is likely enjoying this Chess.com.
