Hello everyone, I have an issue regarding the time counting in 1|1. My time always count down even though I do pre move. while my opponent gets 1 second increment after some moves. Any help??

You likely have higher lag. Premoves take a minimum of 0.1 second and could take longer. So if you're experiencing higher lag or small disconnects, you could see time decreasing.
If you look at the Hanes in your archive, you should see the 1 second being added after each move
