Again, the Law or rules MUST be for ALL! If the AUTOMATED PROGRAM states that someone is not ALLOWED to go on vacation when it is his move, no one shoud be allowed to do so! There was at least 2 times in MY PRACTICE when an opponent WAS ON VACATION when IT WAS HIS MOVE! The discrimination of "Basic members" seems obvious and unfair!

Appears there was change in policy. Account-closed games are now showing as a resignation rather than a timeout so the game will affect ratings without a minimum number of moves requirement.
Spoke too soon. Now counting as timeouts again.
Games completed 2009 04 17 after being banned 2009 04 16. Loss by resignation then changing back to counting as a loss on time.
